Public Sector - International recognition and support from governments and development finance institutions, in particular the G-20, Inter-American Development Bank and International Finance Corporation.
Responsibilities:
The Associate Account Manager – Latin America will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of EFL’s partnerships with Financial Institutions under the direction of the EFL Latin America Director and in close coordination with the Analysis, Technology and Global Implementation teams.
o Support in-field implementations and integration of EFL’s services within our partner institutions
o Be or become intimately familiar with the EFL analysis methodology and coordinate important changes in content and platforms
o Train client staff on how to administer the EFL assessment on applicants
o Build relationships at all levels with our clients, from branch-level staff to executives
o Excel in post-implementation client support
o Prepare analytical reports and key information for financial institution clients
o Troubleshoot all areas, from IT and business processes to organizational politics
o Provide input on regional strategy and potential partner engagements
o Develop / improve project management tools/functions
o Proactively discuss and position EFL services within (and across) institutions
o Participate in new business development meetings
o Be or become an expert on SME lending and banking in Latin America
o Assist in the preparation of research and impact evaluation materials for FOMIN, the academic community, and the general public
